im tryin to work out what bearings i need for my engine, i have measured the crank and block and have results but finding it hard to work out what size bearings i should go for. it does not help with the table in the manual with some of the sizes missing!
http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=EM&Page=73
would anyone help me with the results?

if anyone knows about the best ways tips on this it would be most helpfull
my engine shop says to just put standard bearings in and not bother with mixed bearings.
cheers james

I think you'd better rethink your engine shop choice if they're not measuring every spec in your rebuild. Proper bearing clearances are one of the most critical things to a healthy motor. Err on the tight side of 'Yoda spec. Iirc
.0016 sounds about right. Balance everything, get your rods Arp'd. Get comfortable with plastigauge, its your friend!
