So I went to the dyno again to get some bigger numbers and some more tunning. With pump gas (94) and 14 psi It made 394 hp and about 375 tq.

So I put in some C-16 and at 22 psi made 499.2 rwhp and about 465 tq. I know its not exactly 500 but I think thats close enough for me.

I did however max out my top feed Denso 550's, the injectors were at 100% duty cycle according to the E-manage. We tried to up the fuel pressure but it didnt change the A/F's. So I could have easilly bumped up the boost another 1/2 pound but the A/F's were at about 12.5's so I didnt want to melt my engine just to get another .8 hp, LOL. So 550's on a 1JZ are good for 500rwhp max.

Next step is to get some 62 lb ( 680 cc) injectors, turn up the boost to about 25 psi. I figure that should make about 520-530 rwhp, I think that will be about all the GT28R turbos can do. That should do for now.........

Congrats Randy!

Are you planning on upgrading the turbos? Seems a little crazy to put in new injectors for an extra 20 hp... unless you were planning on moving to even more down the road, wink wink. :)

By the way, folks, just in case anyone hasn't seen his engine bay (Which IMO is a work of art!), here you go:

That bay is sexy!! I'm lovin the pop bottle. I noticed that you said that your injectors were at 100% duty, ideal is 80%, it helps with longevity and reduces the risk of going lean.

We should nickname your Supra "shock and awe" :aigo: LOL
500whp is freaking awesome! Big props for that twin setup, it's truly "the shit"!

One thing I wanted to comment on I have heard too much lately:
Women are sexy, car's are not. I don't want to fu-k a car. I hope you don't either.

Congrats on that! thats very impressive. Not to sound like an ass or anything, but running the injectors at 100% duty cycle is VERY dangerous. They are more likely to seize up and either become stuck open or closed. Just letting you know.

I'm sure becauseican is well aware of the dangers involved with running his injectors 100% duty cycle.

That engine bay speaks volumes about your commitment to the MKIII and the 1JZ. That is beautiful man. And props on the 500rwhp
