I know..real generic title.
I've been having trouble the past few months with it not starting. I was attributing it to a wacked out security system. I could switch the door locks back and forth or pull a fuse and I could get it to start.

I went out this morning and nothing worked. I decided to pull the wiring harness off the alarm box underneath the dash and I grounded the blue/orange wire. Still nuttin.

At one point, it tried to turn over, but it seemed it was flooded or something. I was able to turn it over a couple times and then the next, nothing.

I turn the key, all the lights and gauges light up, but nothing after that.

I'm at a true loss right now and its my only transportation to work.

ANY help or ideas to check would be appreciative.

As always, thank you much.

I just ran a wire from the battery to the starter. It tried to turn over and kept cranking but it wouldn't just turnover, it may have been that the battery was too low. It was more than what was happening when I was just trying the key in the ignition.

Also noticed when I took the wire off the starter, the connection was really corroded. Could that be just it or could it be the starter relay in general?

Thanks.

There are a lot of threads relating to the starter relay and related bits. Battery would be my first guess though, also be worth your trouble to check your fuses. ;)
