I have yet to correct these issues and its driving me crazy. Car will not rev past 2/2500 and the AFR is way high now after injector cleaning. Idle its at 17-19, if i rev the gas it will drop down to about 14 then dip down to 12 or so but back up to 17-19. I decided to take it around the block i made it 1/2 a block, i hit the gas and as it started to sputter the AFR jumped to 60! I shut it down asap. I look at the sensor check on the SAFC all looks good. The map reading on the sensor is moving around as it should, as i hit the gas the number decrease (negative) and about -10 it sputtered. TPS is adjusted properly, ECU was working flawlessly with my 1JZ, new spark plugs, LC-1 and SAFC installed. I'm going to double check the SAFC wiring but other then that i'm stumped on what it could be .
Any other idea?
Tried to pull codes as well, none.

IDLE @ 800-1K mostly 900-1K
zero'd out on all other settings
No boosted gauge ATM, getting one tomorrow, my autometer broke.
Any other idea?
