WONT idle

I rebuilt the 7m. Its been sitting forawhile through winter and since it's just now starting to get warm outside, I started it up and it dies.

No vaccume leaks. I checked
No ISC leaks. BELIEVE ME i checked.

What else could be wrong?

Ok,
-=Its been sitting for about 2 months
-=No vaccume leaks
-=Turned it on and it doesnt rev up to 1500rpms like it usually does on cold start, instead it *CLU-CLUNKS* at 500rpms for about 1 min and then it dies. I try to start it up again and it wont hold an idle... Almost like it won't hold an idle if it's warm.
-=no trouble codes

IT WILL, however, run very smooth and pull hard if its given gas.

check your isc, and check the hose running from your intake to it, i had the same problem, but i really dont know too much sry, jsut trying to help, :icon_bigg

oops, ya thats what I ment, I said ICV i ment ISC. *(FIXED that in the first post)* Thanks though

So it dies as soon as you start it? Have you given it gas? If it dies when you do check your AFM, it could also be your TPS, but how often does a TPS go bad?

Yea, i gave it gas, let it run at 1500 for 20second and it still dies, AFM seems well connected

Ok, I checked the error code.... instead of blinking a number its just blinking constantly 3 times a second. ...

"Constant blinking indicates no faults detected" -mkiiitech.com

Yeah, but it will run fine. It just doesnt idle... can this still b the problem?

yeah because it woulnd't be getting enough spark into the cylinders to make it idle. i know my friend with his 5.0l had the same problem.

maybe the idle screw. fiddle with it.
