i bought a 87 mk3 with a 7mgte and wanna hear it run what is the bear min wiring i need to make it run thanks the harness is cut a bit(the old onwers wife went crazy)

Why not repair all of the obvious cut wires and try starting the car. Toyota does not usually include wiring that is not needed.
the stock wiring harness has very few unnecessary circuits to begin with. You'll need everything plug in like it should be.
Ya if you get the connectors for the same year as yours all you have to do is match the colored wires up. Shouldnt take more than a hour to fix.
