I just started to rebuild my 7M-GTE and I want to know if there is any wires that can be deleted or if there is another wiring harness out there that isn't so ugly looking. I would say i want to do a wire tuck but i have no clue on how to do that. Any help or tips is greatly appreciated!!

you can delete any wire you want. The car may not run like you expect it to but hey, at least the wiring harness looks good!

To avoid problems, it's best if you don't eliminate cables. The stuff you can eliminate without any ill effects on the car would be all those associated with the cruise control. If you have a Walbro pump, you can do the 12v mod and that eliminates the fuel relay and resistor. You can hide the remaining cables since one of them needs to be jumped; Shaeff has a good thread explaining how to do it properly. You can also run the main harness in the engine bay under the intake manifold instead of over it and it does make a visual difference. Others have moved their fuse boxes to the trunk or inside the fender, but I'd go with the trunk option for obvious reasons. You could also get new looms for the harness and it really makes the whole thing look much better.
