wiring gauge lights on permantly

does anyone know how to wire the gauge lights so that they are on anytime the car is on? I was thinking about tinting my gauge cluster cover to give it a new look

Otherwise requires a lot of re-wiring. You have to know electrical circuits INSIDE and OUT.

Easiest way to wire it on is to find the green wire at connector E3. Cut it and wire switched battery voltage in. This will make all the dash lights come on with switch. For the cluster only you would have to find the splice in the dash harness.
