wireing dash

ok I had this thread up once but I think it was in the wrong place and it was deleted :nono: so i had to put it up one more time so down to it ....anyone know how to wire up the dash I mean like "my dash light are not working so anyone know how to fix this prod"? they just wont come on and i need them to so i can see how fast Im going :evil2: but anyway if any one has pics on how i can fix this pro plz let me know or if they can explain it to me real good cuz im like dumb with this stuff :1zhelp:

Well, if the dimmer's shot, you can bypass it by jumping two of the three wires which connect to it.

Disconnect the dimmer switch and put a jumper in connecting the white w/ green stripe wire to the white w/ black stripe wire. I used two male spade connectors with the insulating jacket cut off so I didn't have to cut any of the stock wires.


EDIT: Oh hey, I'm sorry 88TurboMK3, I just realized it was you posting with this problem again. So I take it you couldn't find which wire was which? I've said before that the wiring to your dimmer is not stock and as such you're going to have to determine where each wire is running.
