For any of you in the immediate Midwest, Who loves car shows, drags, auto X, slalom, and MANY other performance car tests, The 4th Annual Event, popularly known as Winged Warrior, is coming up around the corner.
You say a lot of events like this happen all over the place, right?
There's a twist.
IMPORTS vs DUMBESTICS.....(Excuse my spelling) :biglaugh:
60 Imports, 60 Domestics. All level of driver experience, Anything from 120hp Civics to 1000hp Supras to 600hp Shelby Cobras to Dodge SRT10 trucks.
The best part, it is for a good cause.
Riley Childrens Hospital Foundation and Winged Warrior are collaborating together again for the 4th year in a row to host this event.
This will personally be my 3rd attended/participated, and I can't tell you how much fun it is!

Winged Warrior IV - May 9-10 2008 - O'Reilly Raceway Park
Here is the info on the event, we have been in closed door discussions for a while now, and we are running our 4th installment of Winged Warrior Speed Challenge and Car show on Saturday May 10th, with Tech on Friday night at the track. O'Reilly Raceway Park is the throw-down site again, same format, slight "tweaks" to even up the competition more!
Look for lots of new faces putting this together with us this year, and it is guaranteed to be the most fun you can have on 4 wheels. More details as they come available. .
