I have tried other but nothing works so far. Guess I will go and try some others. Mainly trying to fix it for a 10yr old brother and 12yr old sister that both really don't know how to use computers.

Did you try this?

1. Exit all programs.
2. For Windows XP, click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.

For Windows Vista, click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or click Continue.

3. Locate and then click the following key:
HkeyLocalMachine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Audio
4. Locate and double-click DisableProtectedAudioDG.
Note If this key does not appear, you cannot complete these steps.
Under Value data, change the value from 1 to 0.
5. Restart the computer.

I don't even have the file for audio, also need to know the binary for the key which I don't.

Are you sure about that?
Anyway, the best solution will probably be to uninstall WMP 11 and revert back to WMP 10. That's what I did when I first used its UI.
