Yeah you're right, I tested the switch and it's fine. Took the door panel off. Took the motor and track off the door and rolled the window again, rolls fine. I bolt the track and track back up and it is still fine. Then suddenly it stops working again. I take it apart and the motors working fine. Put it back together it stops working. And I feel like it's not the weight of the window rats too much for the motor because it doesn't whine or anything. My brother tells me that's the way electric motors go out though, they will work intermitently and eventually quit altogether. What do you guys think?

UPDATE:

I know its not the motor now. And I have figured out exactly what causes the problem... just not how to solve it.

When I roll the window all the way up it makes a loud *clunk* sound. once it does this it wont go down, it just makes a clunk again as it tries to go down and back up. I can take out the two bolts that hold the motor onto the door frame as well as one of the bolts that holds the track, letting the window fall down. Then I put the bolts back in and it will go up and down again. But as soon as i roll it all the way up, *clunk*, and it wont go down again. Anyone ever run into this issue? It's such a loud noise that it echos everywhere. Lack of visibility doesn't help either.
