Will this MHG seal good?

ok so i bought this MHG off aguy on here who just torqued it down on his motor before selling it.

There are some spots where the Viton came off around the cylinder bores and i was wondering if that would cause any problems.

Do you think i should just take it all off and copper spray it? or will it be fine? Its never been ran just torqued down.

Take the rest of the viton off and copper spray. If it's been torqued down, treat it like a re-use, even if the engine was never run.
