Well, if you're here then you probably have an idea of what is wrong so heres some interesting details:
As soon as I turn it on, it goes to 500 rpm instead of 1200rpm (like a cold starting engine should)
It's not throwing any codes.
After keeping the idle up for ~10mins (you can almost set your watch to this), the coolant temp gauge will finally jump from 0 to ~190-230F (normal) in 2 seconds flat (VERY QUICK). The gauge doesn't show a slow build of heat. This leads me to believe my thermostat is FUBARed... Oh, and its full of coolant and burped.
Could the thermostat cause the computer to not detect a cold start? cause thats what appears to be happening... surely not. Either way, after the temp gauge hits the 200s, it will idle at 750rpm with out ANY problem.
