i saw my wideband it 15.7 on wot which i know is way to lean but i didnt think a motor would stay together at the a/r any other opinions? i figured maybe the wideband didnt have a good power source so i hooked it directly to the battery and then it said 14.9. got walbro,550,lexus afm, upgraded ct26 3 in turbo back exhaust.

no i dont have an afpr cause with what i was doing i told that i wouldnt need one, but i do have a good paycheck coming to me and that was going to be my next purchase.at a cruise the wideband fluctuates between 14.4 and 15.2. i put the wideband about 36in away from the turbo, it is at the bottom of the downpipe at the bend just before where the cat should be. and as for an exhaust leak would that really screw with the reading since the air hitting the sensor should still have the same mixture, cause its not like there is new air coming in again im just thinking here could just be me but thanks for your guys input.

If it was super lean they would be white, youll never get a plug to stay "clean". Well without water injection.:naughty: If there is an exhaust leak it lets fresh air into the exhaust stream which throws off the wideband. I wouldnt think a leak would affect it at wot though due to the amount of exhaust flow?
