Im not for sure if anyone has ever seen or heard of this Problem.

Im assuming that a Normal O2 sensor and Wideband sensor would read in the Rich Area when you first start you car up in the mornings and Once it warms up, it starts reading in the Mid Range ie 14.4 through 15.0

Mine and Ive never had this problem until I installed the VPC setup that I have... When I start the car up in the Mornings it goes to the lean side and Stays there until the Engine starts to warm up. Then it moves up to the Mid Range Area.... I dont like it and Im wondering is this a Sign of a O2 sensor or Wideband Sensor going Bad. I cant drive the car right now because as soon as I give it gas, It Automatically drops to Lean (17.0) or off the Scale and it sputters it ass off.

Any Help.

Im running the AEM Wideband and a 3 Wire O2 sensor. Both are Installed wideband Farthest from the Turbo.

Yeah, I had it confirmed by one of the locals on the forum over the Phone and I did a look up at a website and it said that I had the correct chip.

Thinking about letting this VPC setup go to someone that is more comfortable using it. So if there are anyone Interested, I have a full setup for sale.

I just recently installed a vpc on my car. Apparently the car will run shitty on first start up with this system until it is warm. Now with that being said i have the aem uego wideband and it doesnt read that lean on start up. It usually bounces around from 15 to 12 until warm then it will stay right around 14.7. Anyways a couple weeks a i had my sensor fail to my wideband and on first start up it would read like it was going to be normal but after a couple of seconds of running it would go to 17.0 then off to the --- and stay there. So what i did was called aem tech guys, they told me it was a bad sensor so i ordered one of from horsepowerfreaks.com installed it now its back to reading the way it should. I was really hoping i would get some tuning done to it after i got it installed but we had 12 inches of snow dump on us 2 nights ago so the supra is officialy in for winter now.

If so, What can I do to correct this Problem. I pulled the VPC out today and Installed the Stock AFM to see what it would do. When I started it up, The wideband went right over to 10.0 which is what I think it should to. I didnt want to let it run too long since I had the 550s still installed.

Let it warm up. It should be atleast in the 12's if it's cold out till the O2 is heated up enough and the temp comes up. I wouldn't worry about 10's. Wait till it's fully warmed and see what you have. If it's a little rich (13's) give it a few days to correct.

Well what do you Know. I pulled the 550s, Put the Stock 440s back in, Connected the AFM back to the Harness and started it up. She fired right up and the A/F bounced between 12.3 to 13.7, Once it warmed up, Ofcourse if im not touching the gas, It bounced around 16.5 or so but as soon as I touch the gas it jumped up to 14.3 to 15.0

Only think that I noticed is that my Ground wire under the intake for the Wiring Harness wasn't coneected, So I took the correct size bolt and Secured it. No codes or anything. Im taking it that It must have been my VPC.

So Im going to see if there is anyone Interested in a VPC setup on the forum and move to something else. Im wondering what Stock Injectors are good For HP wise. Im thinking about Selling the RC 550s that I have also since I dont have a Lexus AFM. My Goals are just to run 12s at the track, Nothing else. I do have a HKS FCD here that I have never Installed so Im wondering that would that do for me since I have this Big Aftermarket turbo?

So you think that since the Wiring harness ground was Disconnected that it could be some of the Problem?
