i mean seriously, you spend like 4K on a swap and its stock. for 4K i can have a fully built 7M making 600whp (doing all the work myself). i weld and fabricate so i dont need help from some shit shop. I have no doubt in my mind that my 7M will last far longer than most JZ's on this board. More than a few people have proven the 7M can do what it needs to do, and does it with GRUNT!

so please explain to me why you people bother to swap. i just don't get it. seems like a waste of time and money. :3d_frown:

Why do people spend money on supra's when they could spend thousands on a 240sx?

I mean common man, leave the fighting shit OUT of this forum and keep your fucking opinions to yourself. People put in JZ's because they WANT to. And your not going to pursuade them.

How many 7m's can handle 600+ hp with a stock headgasket and completly stock internals?

And i would LOVE to see how you create a 600+ hp 7m on 4000 dollars.

Just the turbo and manifold would run you half that, and and what about engine managment? AEM's are 1000+

So 600 HP for 4000? I think your a BS'er, and i would love to see your car with 8XX horsepower. Please, dont clutter up supramania with useless banter and pissing in other peoples threads.

i guess you missed the part where i said i FAB MY OWN SHIT. some one can't read

and i got a great deal on my AEM all sensors for 800 bucks from a good friend of mine. only used for 3 months too. so you don't know all the details. don't talk if you don't know the details ;)

We don't need to explain anything. You just need to read the FAQ sections of this forum and all sections before posting stupid stuff like this. It has been covered here many times and on other forums. Be a good forum member and read the posts. Search for the two engine comparisons using search and you will get your answers. no one here hates any Supras.

I have a 7m, and dont even own a JZ and i was offended!

I swapped mine & made 422hp at 20 psi on stock twins, can your 7m do that with a stock turbo?? head gasket??? It's up to the person to do what ever they want with there money, i saved the money & got an AEM ems, other people run AFCs, E-manage, it's preference, Don't hate or your gonna get banned.
