Who's Interested In Upgraded R154 Gear Shafts???

I am currently talking with a manufacturer who can do a limited run of the R151/R154 gear cluster in a stronger material. Back ground data on this. Once the R154 has been upgraded with all MC/DM goodies the 3rd gear on the gear cluster ends up sheering its teeth once torque above 700ftlbs is achieved. The manufacturer would be willing to make a new cluster and 3rd gear. Price is roughly $285 for the shaft and $105 for the gear made of SAE8620. Still in negotiations tho. Looking at it now we need 50 pre-orders before the run can be done. I'm gauging interest and if there is a decent amount I might setup a group buy.

My 2nd and third gear syncros have been bad for almost 2 years now. It grinds nearly every time i shift into second or third. This would mean i need new gears because the engagement teeth are probably not pointed anymore, correct? If so Id be interested in a gear. Dont really need a shaft, but i guess ill get a shaft too if it would be needed to get enough orders.

YOu prolly need new syncros not gears. ruild would fix that.
