Who is the maker of SIP camshafts, any other real cams on the market?

Guys, anybody know who is the maker of SIP Racing cams? I need one exhaust cam.
Also, is there such thing as Brian Crower stage 4 camshafts for 7M? I remember reading about this option, but found stage 4 only for 2JZ and 4G63 motors.
Any other real cams for ~1000hp 7M besides TED Components ($$$$) or used TRD?

Found stage 4 cams, have to ask about valve lift
