I used to ride back in the day when I was 12. I had a GT interceptor with custom thin cruizer rims and then I also had a GT mach one.

I gave it all up when I at sh!#t and broke out all my front teeth, tore my nostrill off my face, and knocked myself out....

I used to ride BMX when I was real young, I skateboarded from like 11-18. Got a streetbike when I was 18. Now I'm left with no money because of the Supra and no time because of work.

I used to ride BMX when I lived on the west coast. I had a Redline 440 and I gave it up because there was nowhere to do it out here and I would've probably eventually died, haha... I started getting bolder in my last year or so of doing it and started getting hurt a whooooooooooole lot more

It was a sweet bike... I remember my mom got it for me one day out of the blue, we just stopped at the bike shop and she said pick one out. Next thing you know it was in the back of the truck, hehe

But my ultimate dream bike was anything that Technique made... mostly just to say I had one, haha

My dad bought me a Haro Bikes Zippo when it first came out in '99. Having only been in the dirt w/ POS bikes i had gotten at yard sales i thrashed the hell out of that Haro, ATLEAST 30 tire tubes circulated through that thing. It was so beautiful and shiny when i got it now when i go to my parents house and see it every bit of the frame is scratched, the handle bars are metalic on the surface from being scraped so much and the plastic seat came off its metal frame, the one thats attached using a hydraulic press.

Then i got a skateboard in HS and have been on 4 wheels since then

I just bought an old school 24" GT pro series cruiser and damn I love that thing. I rode when I was younger and just felt like riding again.

for the longest time, i rode an '85 mongoose expert comp with drilled lightweight aluminum rims. that thing was awesome.

i also had a GT performer, all pegged out that i refinished from the frame up. sold it years ago.

and my baby, that i still have, and haven't ridden since i turned 16 (23 now)- a robinson with all GT accesories. it's a stout bike, and i loved it. bought it brand new. sucked when i turned 16 and quit bmx for good.

I was huge into BMX back in the 80's. I always rode Diamond Back but always dreamed of owning a Hutch $$$. My friends rode Torker II's, GTs, and Redlines. It was a lot of fun back then. Its funny when I see eBay ads that list them as "old school".

I built my son a real nice bike with a schwin aluminum race frame, redline forks, profile cranks, etc etc. He never cared for it. Guess I was building the bike for him that I never had :(

I've always been more of a dirt rider personally.
But lately I've been trying so hard at holding basic wheelies w/o pedaling.

I did jump 7 steps tonight, so that's coo.

I was thinking about this post when I was riding tonight:

"So that's what happened to your face, Jon."
