ok... so my motor is messed up... think i slipped a connecting rod bearing. do you think i would make more money trying to sell the whole car? or parting it out? its an 89 7mge auto. everythings pretty good on it except for paint fading and the motor. id appriciate any advice on the subject. thanks

personally would just sell it whole, its not worth the hassle, time, work, to part it out. depends what you think its worth.

Parting it out would get you more in the long run. But that's the key phrase, "the LONG run". Selling the entire car as one will get you a little cash right now. Parting it out will yield you more income, but will take longer.

so it almost sounds like i should part it out... cuz tops i was expecting like 8-1,000 and thats quite a bit... i got some thinkin to do. honestly like i said in my first post, pretty much the motor and paint job are the only 2 bad things bout this car

workin on the pics... prolly gonna do some tomorow... but i have a pretty bad paint job... and lots of nicks and dints here and there, the front bumber is definately bad... haha driftin into ditches doesnt do it any good
it also has the newer suspension 89 and after... so itd be good for the 1j or 2jz swap if anyone wanted a soup for that... but i still cant come to the conclusion... part it out or sell it as whole
