which mounts is the strongest? 2jz

hi, ive got both a pre89 crossmember and a 89+ crossmember. If i understood it right i should use either:

pre89, bic mounts, old style square motormounts
or
89+, 1jz brackets, new style round motormounts

right?
but if i have both. which one do you guys recommend? which is the strongest? i also have both trd 2jz mounts can i use them? i read that i can use them if i grind down the dowel pin. But they wont fit with 1jz brackets. tried it today.

i have pre89 xmember with BIC mounts and old square mounts. the square mounts are stronger due to the fact that they aren't liquid filled

the 89+ mounts are smoother because they are liquid filled like jelly or something. but they tear easier

I love the pre 89 more patch area of rubber less hitting issues with the aftermarket "Y" pipe and headers!

Less play in them and way cheaper then 2jz mounts!
Handles more HP just my opinion on them though.
