Which 2JZ is Map?

Hey guys I was just looking at some pics of 2J swaps and noticed that none came with maf... Well I was told that some came with mafs and some map... Am I wrong? I don't know I was just wondering

ALL vvti 2js are maf

US 2JZs have MAP sensors as well as the MAF FYI.

so does it matter what engine i get? I would just have to get a map ecu right? I have a 1JZ in my car right now... but I wanted to sell the motor and get the 2JZ what all would I have to use if I swapped over?

Oil pan (top and bottom) and what else?

Would the 1J harness plug up to the 2JZ motor and ecu?

you could just get a new 2jz-gte shortblock and bolt it to the 1j head for the same price as the 2jz-gte swap :dunno:
