Ok guys I am looking for ideas on where to gain some bottom end. I am going to go away from my custom lower runner manifold and make a custom long runner one to gain some there. Love the top end of the lower runner but bottom end is lacking. I am running only a 3" DP so should I go to a 4"? Also what affect will going from 2.5" hard pipes to 3" have? As well when I do the new long runner manifold I will be utilizing a 3.5" wide plenum and a Q45 TB. So what else do you guys recommend for making quicker spool and better bottom end. Obviously a much smaller turbine A/R would help, mine being an .84 A/R. I reach max spool at about 4200rpm and made 441 rwhp at 5500rpm. Would like to drop those numbers by about a 1000rpm to max spool at 3500rpm and max power at about 4500rpm. I am trying to gain the bottom end before ditching the setup for another. So I am open to all ideas. Let me hear um. Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,

Raising the compression decreases spool time. I think a bigger downpipe will increase lag but offer more top end. If the new plennum is forward facing it should help with throttle response. There's some input.
