so my car needs a lip...i'd like to buy a aftermarket one but they're impossible to find, so i could just settle for a stock one....anyone know where i can find one?
I talked to duane about painting carbon fiber and he said its exactly the same as painting anything else. I believe he said he puts 7 layers of clearcoat on each piece before it leaves him.
lots of clear. i guess i frazed that wrong. i myself don't want to buy a carbon fiber one just to paint it. plus, my guess. carbon fiber would be more exspensive.
I only suggested the cfx one because he said he'd like to buy an aftermarket one.

When you look at the dealer price vs. the CFX one, the CFX one isn't too bad. I thnk the 70 bucks more the CFX one costs is very little for a nicer lip.
SHIT THOSE ARE $200, mines all warped up front from curbs but talk to me nice and i'll sell you mine. damn im gonna hit parking lots with a wrench and start making bank.
If your stock one is just bent and not broken, there's a chance you can straighten it out by pulling it off and straightening the metal bracket that holds it on. It has worked well for some people.
