Where to buy seals and gaskets

I'm getting ready to start ordering my BHG kit, I read through the FAQ about all the other stuff to order, is there a good place to get it all for cheap or do I have to order every piece individually from the toyota dealer?

oh, one more question - the head will go to a shop for a good lapping, what should I do with the block while it is in the car? is scraping all the old gasket off enough? I'm going with a new stocker HG and ARP's, eventually 10psi max. thanks

Pick up an Ebay gasket kit and then buy a real Toyota head gasket from Jay Marks.

Just clean the block really good, and check for irregularities that might affect your seal.

HG from Jay marks is $64 plus shipping, but the toyota head set is $233. Gasketpro.com has a head set for ~$90. Am I going to regret going with a cheap gasket kit or are they just as good as toyota's?

I reciently delt with Curt at Elmhurst Toyota and I personally think his service is much much better then Jay Marks service. Much faster as well. Just thought I'd throw that in there.
