make them yourself... HPF sells the EGR plates for $45... for that much, you can buy aluminum plate/stock and make them. all you really need is a drill, a hacksaw, and a file. also, i havent seen the CSI or IAC blockoff plates, just the EGR and J-tube.
well, I have made all the others before....but I really want a polished IAC block off, as it will match my newly polished manifold....
weld a plate on and polish it out!

But John Lunsford (JBLMK3) makes all the others which are very high quality and relatively inexpensive. Only EGR are listed on his site but IIRC he said he can get CSI ones makes as well. You will have to get new gaskets seperate though.
I think he may mean the ISC valve, next to the TPS, but I am not positive. I didn't know John could do the CSI too, that's cool, if you need it.
