Does anyone know where I can find the exact offset of factory rims for vehicles other then Supras? If not maybe you can just help me out. I found a set of 2006 Solara 5 spoke rims for a $100 and they look really good on my MKIII, I test fit them and everything cleared I just wanted to know if maybe I will need longer studs and spacers to get the right offset or am I just good to roll out on them. Someone gave me and estimate on what they think the offset is on the rims but I wanted to know exactly. Also if I do move up to a 225/45-17 (17 x 7 rim) what should the offset be on the MKIII?

Wheels with less offset will move the wheel out. So if you want a wider track, get less offset. Stock is 16x7 +37mm. So, if you want wheels that goes all the way out to your fender, measure how far it is to the fender from your stock wheels and subtract that mm from your stock offset.
