what's wrong with my mk3?

I got the tps adjusted and it doesn't show any codes. The idle stays moving between 650-700 rpms but sometimes stays at 750-800 rpms. It's been running ok even though the gauge shows 4psi only. Today when i put it on neutral the car shut off and it started right away. I can't wait to get the 3" Dp so i can replace my cat. The car smokes and smell like rotten eggs and i'm running rich too. I hope it's not a head gasket cuz the engine was just rebuilt few miles ago and i haven't boost it up. Today I checked the antifreezer but it was kinda low.

wow... ummm what color is the smoke? its it all the time of just sometime? 4psi of what? what do you have done to the car? lotta stuff there.....

The only mods are K&N filter and ssqv bov kit. I'm going to check for the ISC. The gauge shows 4psi of boost in 1st, 2nd and 3rd but in 4th gear and 5th gear shows 5 psi. Today the car shut down twice.
Everytime i exit a freeway ( going from 50-80 mmiles my car turns off when i get to the stop, or take it off of gear and put it on nuetral before the stop. When driving on the street and going high speed for a short period of time it does not cause it to shutdown but does drop the idle down to 0.5 rpm when it should be a constant 1k rpm.
any suggestions?
