What's up with the dash & head lights dimming for a sec when I push the break pedal?

they all do it..

except on N/A's you have a voltmeter telling you how much it dips..

A battery without the oomph it needs. Charging system being a little low could cause it. There is an input for electrical loads to the ECU. I think.

that's surprising. Only thing that changes is the current draw for the brake lights really. Upgraded wiring im sure would fix this issue, but who the hell wants to do that?
