whats this plug for?

i was wondering if anyone knew where this plug goes. someone said the tranny for the reverse lights but i dont see the other part of the plug.

Well, it looks like both plugs are there(male and female) maybe the wire was cut?? What color is it?

isnt that a sensor plug for the master cylinder? anyway we can get a biger pic of the plug

i know my reverse light dont work but i couldnt find the plug and its annoying me.

I saw a different picture (with inset) at first. Now, it's just the one big one.

on my computer im seeing two pics one of the plug in my hand thats so big its distorted and then the one under the car. the plug was hanging under the car when i first saw it.

kinda looks like one of the maroonish colored plugs for the sensors underneath the intake manifold on the 7M
this is on ur 1G right?

nope its on my 86.5 na it goes above the starter somewhere.

no they're not that big thing you're looking at is the EGR cooler. the VSV is the little maroon/brown thing on top with the electrical connection. if you have a JDM motor, then you have no EGR setup.
