I'd like to get some opinions on this so I can research all my options for my next setup ;)

I was thinking maybe:
GT4080R with 77mm, 78trim and 1.06 A/R housing

hey man, i forgot to reply to your PM sorry ;) sure i'll take you for a ride, but my car is no where near finished! it's going to need an assload of body work.... then i'm going to put a FFIM w/Q45 throttle in there, PWR radiator, redo IC pipes for 3" instead of 2.5, new rims/tires, and i'm going to build a new motor on the side :) right now my biggest obstacle is the maftpro, i really need to learn how to use it.

but yes i do want a bigger turbo eventually because i want to get rid of the stock manifold.... but i'm happy with my setup for now, should last me another 6-9months ;)

just wonding what the best spooling 700+hp turbo is out there.... people have told me it's not worth the money to get the ball bearing turbos because you only get a tiny bit more spool but they're very hard to rebuild and not worth the price?

Wouldn't the best spooling turbo's be along the lines of what Porsche have with the new 911Turbos, the Variable Vane Geometry where it changes the angle of the blades actively to ensure maximum pressure and quickest spool. Dont know if these will pick up on the aftermarket, as I think the thing we love about turbo's is the lag sensation and then immense gforces pulling back, having VVG will seem kinda like a supercharger i'd believe... becuase it minimises lag. Albeit I dont think there exist 700hp turbos with VVG.
