What's the best way to get the timing correct

This is a personal thread. Out of all your experiences with timing which has been the best way to get it right? And How to time the CPS correctly?

i just did mine a couple of days ago (timing & tps).

anyway, put the car in diagnostic mode (jump Te1 & E1).

and set the timing to 10 degrees (10-12 is good)
