Hi i was wondering what year my car is or how do i know what year it is... the guy i bought it from said its an 87 but in the glove box there was a brochure kinda looking thing that said 86 supra and it said that it was bought like half way into 86. So i was thinkin that it was a 86.5 but also thinking that it was a 87. If anybody could tell me or lead me in the right direction that would be sweet.

its a 200056 model! Man do you have a flux capcitior is that thing cuause i would really like to travel to the future!!!!!
Registration doesn't say the year? Or look on the vin plate on the driver side door jam for the production date. If it is early 86 it is probably a 86.5
We're probably going to need a little more than a vague description of a brochure you found for us to determine your year

Mine is an 86.5 but I usually tell people it's an 87 so I won't get that "huh?" look. Also, if you do have an 86.5, when you go to buy parts for it you'll need to tell them it's an 87 because they will always give you parts for an 86 MKII, even from the local Toyota dealership! There's virtually no difference between 86.5 and 87.
