Yes. Your cylinder pressure at Bandimere is noticably lower, which is why Denver pumps are 91. Unless there are two NHRA tracks at 5800 feet. But you need to fibure out how much, with a gas analyzer, or wideband tuning. Don't just crank it up.
The Turbo Supra will also run slower. The air density is lower. With electronic boost control, you can erase some of the loss, but you will still have loss.
