on the ecu what wire is the speed signal wire im trying to put in a turbo timer and i have no idea what im doing

lol. are you trying to hook up the "auto" function on your turbo timer? If yes than tap the IGT wire on the engine harness.

well to be honest im not sure im just trying to wire it up al together like the directions show
