Will this work in a US MK3? Where could I buy this besides ebay? Also is there anyway you can use the cruise control since there's not cruise buttons on it.

CC is easy, do the same modification as they do to the TRD wheel...
cut a small hole and use the stalk style CC...

I still have the CC controls from my old '87. When I put the Grant wheel on it, I modded the CC controls to fit in a Radio Shack Project Box, and mounted it in front of that empty pocket under the stereo (aftermarket unit).
