Hard to say man! We don't know what you have already covered.

Here is an idea though:

Buy supplies
4 new oil filter
Enough oil for 4 oil changes
4 quarts of royal purple 0-30 for after break in is finished
Wic oil filter (or k&n)
Toyota red coolant
Flush break fluid with all new fluid
Flush clutch fluid
Flush power steering fluid (automatic trans fluid NOT power steering fluid!)
Fill washer fluid
Flush the rear diff and fill with clean oil (remove fill plug first!)
Install all new vacume lines
Hook power drill too oil pump driveshaft and spin till you see oil pressure (or pull efi fuse and crank)
Install new ground wires (amp cable is sex!)

That's all I can think of for now but I don't know what all you did so far.

prime the oil.

i think you usually just pull the plug wires. crank but dont overheat your starter.

No!

You remove the EFI fuse and remove spark plugs from the head and crank!

Also if you have a manual trans fill it with "redline mt-90" as it's one of very few oils that are the proper chemical make up for your syncros!

Quadruple check where your CPS is set to. And have someone checking under the car for fluids. Prime your oil system, then put your EFI fuse back in, and crank it over with one eye glued to the oil pressure guage.
