What pumps the coolant to and from this thing anyways?

Thats an air to water intercooler. Suppose to be more effective in short drag racing since water cools better then air I think. Something like that. Only good for short racing or driving unless you can find a way to keep that water thats cooling the air cold.

Dats: Not so if you run a full 2nd cooling system for it.

maybe they just used the pvc for the mockup to get their pipe bends. Also i think it has a water port in between the inlet and outlet and one on the opposite side.
