I have an ABS pump and everything else required to convert minus wiring if you would like it. PM me if so.
NOTE: There is a lot of work necessary to convert to ABS.

OMG! someone who WANTS TO CONVERT TO ABS?!?!?!?!

hey there fells, slow your rool for a minute.....

if you dont have it, just kinda be glad you dont. you not only have to install the unit and plum lines from the master cylender, you have to go from the unit to the wheels. more converting. more parts and tools. more time.

just done do it. thats mo .02

i had a 84 monte carlo ss with a 355 and no abs. drove through 3 winters in that car. if you practice you really dont need abs. i hate it personaly. makes the driver lazy.

save the money you could put into a abs conversion and buy somthing like a boost controler or a better part somewhere.

Damn, whats with all the hate on the ABS. It's a good system, and a definite convince on our Supras. Weight savings is a poor excuse for removing a safety feature. And thinking that your faster than the ABS anyway is being dangerously ignorant. Only the absolute best (and no your not one of them) race car drivers can hostly say they can keep up with a good ABS system. And that's on a race track, on snow and ice even race car drivers prefer to have ABS on there DD's. If you're really that worried about the 5 lbs. the ABS system adds to your 1.5 ton.+ car then maybe you should quit eating at Macdonald's and use the money you save to turn up the boost.

look in the corner where it should be. just like in the pic. if theres brake lines there, then it had abs. if its not there or no lines, it never had it.

aside from the fact that the mk3's ABS system is very dated. i'm glad my 86.5 has no ABS, but if i could retrofit a NEW toyota ABS system to my car, i'd go for it, as technology goes forward. ;) new car abs is awesome. you cannot deny it. :) (well maybe you can. haha)

i have abs on my 89. i dont like it. maybe its just the tires i have. i get no traction when its wet. and if it is wet outside, my abs kicks in all the time.

I like it now, It has saved me once when I came over a hill and there was a deer in the road, I had to drive off the road with the passenger tires to avoid it and stop. It worked great. Plus in the snow you can just stomp on it and it won't lock em up.. :)
