What size FMIC on my 2JZ MK3 Single turbo?

Just wondering what SIZE Intercooler/piping/couplers I should run, Im aiming for around 420-500 WHP. I currently have the motor out but im trying to conjure up my piping scheme. Any pics or suggestions would be great........:1zhelp:

2.5" piping and, IMO, as big as an I/C as you can fit. I know that the lag argument will be raised, but the the additional volume & extra cooling capacity/reduced detonation will always trump the minuscule amount of added lag. That's just my opinion....

3" is too big. There's nothing to gain from 3", yet it will increase lag.

i guess i know alot of people running 3 inch and its not HURTING them but i dunno
