Im gonna buy a dye and tap set from Advance auto, I was trying to check which size I was gonna need to use on the shifter when I pull off the existing stick.
what size dye tap for the SOGI shifter mod?

haha good luck finding it... i tried for a long time. i THINK it was 12 x 1.25 that i was looking for but im not 100% on it... im sure someone will chime in on it. Its not in any standard sets i looked at.
It is SOOOO much easier to weld some bolt's thread to the shifter.

the remaining part sticking up after doing the soggy mod is too small in diameter to thread with the correct pitch of the stock knob. Have the existing threads welded on top.
