Is your MAF hooked up?

Any smoke out of the exhaust? Have you checked the engine error codes?

Plugs, leak in one of the intercooler hoses... etc.

Sure you're not a tooth off on the timing belt or cps?

Bad gas, fouled plugs, bad plug wires, plugged up air filter, dirty or stuck injectors, and the list could go on.
Double, triple check the timing marks and cps position.
