Jeff asked my question. What camber kit? LOL (This is not a strut to knuckle suspension design, but does use struts... )
You can move the strut around all you want, and not change camber one degree.
Camber on the Supra is set by cams on the lower control arms. (Also caster.) I don't think the upper arms have any adjustablility from the factory.
On your supra, with the cut out grille, lack of fog lamps, and totally ricer sleepy eye look?
1) Quality work speaks for itself. If you do a nice job removing the grille, it can look good. (Otherwise, it looks like crap.)
2) Fogs need to go back in. There are no brake ducts needed on the Supra, unless your the first one I've seen to actually do it right.
3) Sleepy eye's are totally wasted effort in my opinion. Not functional, not aerodynamic, and just look stupid IMHO.
Fix your front suspension problem, and get that car off the ground and up where the car will handle better. (Yes, lowered cars don't handle as well as ones with correct suspensions... Unless you have modified the lower ball joint height, and maintained the correct geometry.) My car is lowered, and while it does corner well, it did not corner bad before the suspension mods. I think the best suspension mod is sway bars, and minimal height loss springs. The lower you go, the more suspension travel you lose, and the worse your Supra is going to handle on the street, or at the track IMHO.
Good luck on the rebuild. Get a turbo and enjoy the power.
