Its the temp opperated vacuum purge valve for the charcol canister.

That's the BVSV...you should be able to get one from someone on here. post up in the WTB section.

If there is a junkyard around you, go look on almost any Toyota from late 80s, early 90s. Just look for the thermostat housing, and it should be on there.
