Sorry about the quality. It was taken on my phone. It appears to be an indication that one of my tailights are out....but i checked every tailight, turn signal, and reverse light....even the third brake light in the spoiler. Is there any other reason why it would come on?

you know what, i never checked license plate lights....and i know its a small problem...but my supra is very clean and solid, and runs great, so it bugs me when people get in the car and see a light on....and they automatically think somethings wrong with the car ya know? BTW ive owned three supras and all of them ive bought had low oil pressure....but not this one...check out the gauge at 1500 rpm after driving an hour! perfect! :naughty:

How many miles on the motor?
My oil pressure looked like that before I used the JDM oil pump on my JDM swap. (That was a bad idea.) At 3100 RPM it would be a little over 60. Never got below 40, even at idle, when it was new.

Same problem here. Goes on one second after hitting the brake. I replaces every bulb front/back/sides/etc. and none are burnt out. Just pisses me off especially at night.

Recheck the bulbs you put in, turn them 180 degrees. If the bulb is in backwards it will pop the "check lamp light" on when you hit the brake. Trust me... it happened to me!

as far as the oil pressure being high, i dont know....i actually changed my oile that same day, so i know theres not too much. Maybe its because im using synthetic turbo blend 20w50 oil? i know it helps with oil pressure a lot.

Probably the box that tests the bulbs is bad. I believe it operates by measuring the resistance in the circuits and compares them to a pre-programmed amount.

In a circuit, when one of the bulbs burns out, there is less resistance in that circuit. That is why, if you don't replace the bad bulb in a timely fashion, another bulb will burn out (too much current now in the circuit).
