I've been here for a couple of weeks now and im still trying to learn the "phrases" used here. I think FTW is "for the win" And I know I own a supra so I need to know what BPU stands for. Also any other letters that are stacked upon another can you help me out and list them out for what they stand for? Thanks for any and all Help.

I always pronounced it "powned", like a 'p' in front of "owned".

BHG is an important one too, but I'm guessing you know what that is.

BHG comes in the owners manual..................lol

Weezl, I just noticed your trademark. That's awesome. Are you going to make them for other cars as well? I don't really know off the top of my head which cars that would need them, but I know their out there. Good luck or should I type GL................lol

We get some funny ass threads around here that are locked up pretty quickly (which meand moderators make it so you can't post any more replies to that thread), so IBTL is a good one to know. =In before thread lock.

FTL= opposite of For The Win. And no, its not For The Loose.

I think of IBTL as "in before the lock" sounds more user friendly.

Yeah I've seen it both ways. Take your pic. When you say it, it does sound better with the, but I used thread for ease of understanding.

Also, to the thread starter, whenever you come across the many odd acronyms here, one place to try is urbandictionary.com and just type in the acronym in the search, I used it a lot when I first joimed cuz some of these guys have some weird ass sayings ;)
