I have T70 turbo kit with a 4 inch thick intercooler. The intercooler have a 3 inch in and out let. I was wondering what size intercooler pipe do you guys recommend I should go with? I planning on pushing about 10-15 psi on this turbo. Let me know your thoughts. thanks

i would recommend 3"

seeing that your IC is 4 inches thick chances that your inlet and outlet are atleast 3 inches is pretty damn good

so i would say 3 inch piping

i did 2.5 inch and from now on i will go 3 inch

that set up is soooo overkill for your goals.
IMO 3 inch is over kill too. But it wil work.

yea for 350hp i'd say 2.5

but you dont need a T70 turbo and 4inch IC to do that.

i didn't notice his HP goals until itr206 posted last

well then you're a REBEL hahaha jk bro

i would but thats only cause i do my upgrades in stages and i dont want to have to change out piping a few months later when i get enough for a manifold or bigger turbo.

just do 3 it will make it a lot easier, for 350 hp ya coulda got a td06 and called it a day lol

easier? It's not. The larger the diameter, the larger the radii. You'll face a lot of clearance problems, let alone a reduction in performance.
