What in the world is this sound?_?

Man its gotta be weirder then the pidgeon sound from my friends regeancy. so heres the scoop. after going from my friends hockey game i went on the highway and back home. nothing happened and everything was runnign like it always had been. so i get in my garage, and i park it. then i turn it off. right when the car shuts off it makes this weiiird sound like maybe some goblin died in there and made a whaaa sound. uits very short and happens only during startup and shut off. any ideas? oh and recently my car wasn't idleing right... Maybe its related. but today the idle were at 300 and dtropped to 0. then after another try it went to 300 and slowly made its way up to 700 with some added gas. but when i added gas, it sounded like it was bubbles coming from the car? Maybe i have too much oil?

my guess....fuel pump is your sound....if its the stocker, and it got loud all the sudden....its probably about to die

Today i started it up and no sounds ?_?

hmm okay it happened again. it only happens after full warm up. like when it was driven for about 40 minutes then shut off for 1/2 an hour then attempt to start it up again. this is starting to scare me

Only thing I can think of that even runs at that time is the fuel pump, which could be on its way out like gixxer had mentioned.

The bubbling is air in the heater core more likely then not.

If you think you put too much oil in, check the dip stick.

After you stop from a 20min plus drive (all warmed up), shut it off, jump out and open hood and see if coolant is boiling over into the coolant bottle. Yes??? get a new radiator cap and try this again. Does it again ??? Then you are overheating for some reason. report back !!
