OK, before I get hit with a bat for asking for help on a common subject, I just want to say I searched. I read every single relevant thread that came up, and can't find a definitive answer to the question: "EXACTLY what parts are needed for my 5spd swap?"

Here's what I have:
-R154 Tranny/bellhousing
-PP/Clutch disk/7M R154 Flywheel
-TOB
-Pedals (I have all 3 from a 5Spd car)
-Master cyl, Slave cyl, lines
-Driveshaft

What am I missing, anything? I do NOT want to get balls deep into this car, and realize I need to wait a week for something to be delivered. I read my A/T ECU will work on a manual tranny, but I need to bypass the neutral safety switch, is this true?

Thanks so much guys,
-Mike

you don't need to get all that separately, as most of it comes together, like the inspection covers, they usually come already on...

he's also letting you know you should replace some of the parts now that the tranny is out the car, instead of doing it later...

My bell housing came bare actually so I had to buy them. Didn't mean to add any confusion I just thought my parts list might give you an idea of what you may need.

I ran into a Lot of random small stuff that slowed me down, mostly fasteners though. The stupid clevis pin kit for the clutch pedal was one of them. People think just because they have a clutch pedal from a parts car that they are good to go, you still need the fasteners. Then stuff like driveshaft bolts you should really replace as cheap insurance.

Definitely. Just like with an engine swap, it's not just the engine that needs to be changed..

speaking of the clevis, mine's acting up and causing my damn clutch pedal to stick on my 92..:(
